In our charters, we provide a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments as standard inclusions. Depending on the type of charter, additional provisions vary—for instance, sunset sails come with top-tier snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate offerings might feature meeting facilities and specialized catering for businesses.

For ensuring availability, we suggest reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, with an increased lead time to 4–6 weeks for high-demand periods like May to September or when planning business events and personal celebrations, to allow for detailed personalization.

Your safety is our utmost concern. Should the captain determine weather conditions to be hazardous, we will offer a rescheduling of your booking to an alternate date or issue a full refund. We keep a constant watch on the forecast and will get in touch with you a day in advance should the weather seem likely to turn adverse.

While guests are welcome to supply their own food and beverages, our yachts are fully equipped with excellent culinary services to cater to any taste, which we are able to tailor to your preference. Note, for everyone's safety, items in glassware are strictly disallowed aboard.

Our commitment is to welcome all guests aboard. While some of our vessels are fitted with better facilities for accessibility needs, it is best to address specific requirements during the booking so we can guide you to the most fitting yacht and make any necessary arrangements.

A cancellation notice given with more than a 72-hour window before departure will be met with a complete refund. Notices within a 24 to 72-hour frame result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than a 24-hour period prior to departure generally do not qualify for reimbursement except in cases of unfavorable weather or mechanical issues from our end.
